    I specialize in family, couples, and children sessions, but I also regularly work with seniors and maternity clients. Every session is personalized to capture your unique moments and style.

    2. How do I book a session with you?

    3. How far in advance should I book?

    The earlier, the better! I typically book 2–6 weeks in advance, and sometimes even longer during busy seasons. Securing your session with a deposit ensures the best chance of getting the date you want.

    4. Do you offer travel sessions?

    Yes! I love traveling and offer sessions anywhere in the United States. Travel fees depend on location, so I encourage you to fill out a booking form with your location request. I’ll provide all the details and help make your dream session happen, no matter where it is!

    5. Can I request a specific location for my session?

    Absolutely! Many clients like to include favorite spots, parks, or meaningful locations in their photos. I’m open to any ideas you have—just let me know, and we’ll make your session uniquely yours.

    6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    I understand that life happens! While I don’t offer refunds for canceled sessions, I do allow rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled date if something comes up. Your session agreement, which you’ll receive before booking, will outline all the policies in detail so everything is clear and easy to follow.

    7. What forms of payment do you accept?

    Currently, I accept Cash App payments such as Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, or actual cash. I don’t take credit cards at this time because most clients prefer these methods, and paying via friends and family helps save fees that would otherwise be passed down to you.

    I offer a wide variety of session lengths to accommodate unique client situations. Sessions generally range from 20–30 minutes for shorter shoots, up to 90 minutes for longer sessions, depending on your needs and the type of session.

    9. Can I bring props, pets, or special items?

    Absolutely! Props and pets make your photos truly personal and unique. Just give me a heads-up ahead of time so I can plan for them. For indoor sessions in my home studio, pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. I love helping clients include the little details that make their session special!

    10. What should we wear for the session?

    Don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! I provide wardrobe guidance to help you look cohesive, polished, and feel confident. Once you book your session, I’ll send you a complete style guide tailored to your session type, with tips to make sure everyone looks their best.

    11. Do you photograph kids?

    Yes! I have experience with children of all ages and make sessions fun and relaxed so we can capture natural expressions. Some clients even call me the “child whisperer” because I have a way with children. With three kids of my own and experience working at a school, I know how to help even the shyest or most hesitant little ones feel comfortable in front of the camera.

    12. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

    Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled due to poor weather — we’ll work together to find a new date that works best for you. I do have specific guidelines for weather-related rescheduling depending on whether you’re traveling from out of state, I’m traveling to you, or you’re a local client. Please ask me for details if this is a concern, or you can find it in your session agreement when you book.

    13. What if I have special requests or ideas?

    I’m absolutely flexible with your ideas! While I don’t copy other photographers’ work, I’m happy to draw inspiration from any ideas you love and make them your own. Your session should reflect your vision and personality.

    14. How do you handle multiple outfit changes?

    I’m open to outfit changes as long as they can be photographed within your booked session time. I’ll guide you through timing so we capture everything beautifully, even with quick changes.

    15. My child or pet is shy or uncooperative — what should I do?

    No worries! For more challenging kids or pets, I recommend booking a longer session. In my 13 years of photographing, I’ve only had one session where we didn’t get at least one great shot. I know how to make them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

    16. Can we include extended family in a session?

    Absolutely! I offer multi-generational packages for extended families. Grandparents are always included for free, and there’s a base fee plus a small additional fee per family for editing multiple faces and clothing. Extended family sessions are so much fun, and I love capturing those special multi-generational moments!

    17. What makes your photography different from others?

    I consider myself a luxury brand photographer, meaning I take my time to make sure your session is relaxed, stress-free, and tailored to you. I guide you through the entire process, from planning your session to selecting your favorite images. For a small fee, I can even sit down with you to help choose prints and determine which images best suit your needs.

    18. Do you offer gift certificates?

  • 19. When will we receive our photos?

    You’ll typically receive a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks after your session, sometimes sooner. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you know exactly when to expect them.

    Prints:

    • If you’re picking up your prints locally, most orders are ready in 3–5 business days.

    • If I’m shipping to you (out-of-state), delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the lab’s schedule.

    20. Do you offer prints and albums?

    Yes! I offer high-quality prints, albums, digital collections, and more. Prints are ordered after you select your final images and complete your payment. For a full list of available products, visit my product page.

    21. Can we download all the images from the gallery?

    Each session package comes with a different number of images based on your budget and package choice. You can find all the details on the Investment page for the session type you’re interested in. I also offer add-on and upgrade optionsif you’d like access to more images!

    22. How long do online galleries remain active?

    Galleries typically expire after 2–4 weeks. If you’d like extended access, I can reactivate your gallery for a $15 fee.

    23. Do you provide photo editing?

    Yes! Every image is professionally hand-edited for color, lighting, and overall polish. Minor retouching is included, and additional retouching (like severe acne, wrinkles in clothing, etc.) is available upon request.

    24. How do we choose our favorite images?

    After your session, all edited images will be uploaded to a private online gallery sent via email. You’ll find step-by-step instructions, and I even have YouTube tutorials if you need extra guidance. From your gallery, you can view, download, and order prints and albums. I’m available seven days a week to help you select your favorites — you’re never on this journey alone.
